Refund Policy for Annual Subscriptions

1. Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are available only for annual subscriptions and must be requested within the active subscription period.
• Refunds apply only to unused months of the subscription.
• Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable.

2. Refund Calculation

• If you cancel an annual subscription, the refund is based on the remaining full months but recalculated at the standard monthly rate (without the annual discount).
• A 10% administrative fee is deducted from the final refundable amount.

Example Calculation:
If you purchase a 12-month subscription for $1,200 (which includes a discount for annual payment) and cancel after 4 months, the refund is calculated as follows:

• Standard monthly rate: $1200 ÷ 12 × 1.25 = $125/month (assuming a 20% discount was applied to the annual plan)
• Used months recalculated at the monthly rate: 4 × $125 = $500
• Total amount paid: $1,200
• Refundable amount before fees: $1,200 – $500 = $700
• Administrative fee (10% of $700): $70
• Total refund issued: $630

3. Refund Request Process

4. Non-Refundable Cases

• Refunds are not issued for past months already used.
